Commonly called the Ponytail Palm, the Beacarnea Recurvata stores water in his woody base, which is how he survives the hot deserts of Mexico. He is planted in one of our handmade terra cotta pots within porous soil that drains well.
Water in sips and watch it drain. Do not dump water, the process should be slow and water should never sit in the bottom plate.
